Notary Services Include:
1. Acknowledgments
Confirming that the signer willingly executed a document—commonly used for real estate forms, powers of attorney, and more.
2. Jurats / Oaths & Affirmations
Administering sworn oaths or affirmations to validate the truthfulness of a document—ideal for affidavits and sworn statements.
3. Signature Witnessing
Personally observing the signing of documents and verifying the signer’s identity for contracts, medical forms, or other legal paperwork.
4. Certified Copy Services
Certifying copies of non-public documents. (Note: Vital records such as birth or marriage certificates cannot be certified by a notary in Georgia.)
5. General Oath Administration
Providing official oaths for legal, business, or personal declarations.
